Mike Koehn

Mike’s favorite part of working for Cardinal is turning over a quality product to a satisfied client. For several years, Mike has been the project superintendent for Western Home Communities’ Villa housing projects. His experience in this role gives him a unique perspective, as he has the opportunity to work directly with residents in building their homes. Mike’s organization and communication skills, paired with a keen attention to detail, have proven vital in managing multiple Villa projects in different stages of construction.

Off the jobsite, Mike likes to spend time with wife and daughters, hunt, fish, watch football and spend time on his family’s farm in Guttenberg, Iowa.
